We base our fees either on the amount of time we spend working for you, or on the degree of success you enjoy due to our input, or, if you wish, a bit of both of these. The truth is that we're extremely good at what we do and are very competitively priced. We're also completely transparent about what we earn.

We invoice our fees at the end of each month. There are no pre-payments, standing orders or direct debits involved. If your media costs are billed to Search Star we pass these on at cost or at an agreed mark up. Along with the invoice is always a full breakdown of the monthly campaign activity & costs accurate to the last click & penny.

We do not use contracts to tie clients into long term commitments. If we cannot demonstrate and prove results to our clients, they can, should and will take their business and budget elsewhere.
