The Conversion & Analytics team at SearchStar provides consultative services to help clients understand and improve their websites. We are Google Analytics Certified Partners and our recent work has resulted in several RAR Award wins.
Through a combination of digging around in analytics data, researching user behaviour and then applying our experience, we provide clients with robust recommendations for website changes. Our core objective is to improve the performance of the clients’ websites so their investment in advertising budgets becomes more effective.

We’d like to find someone with some relevant experience. If you haven’t got conversion optimisation experience, we’d like you to demonstrate a love of analytics or something similar.
We're looking for someone who's tenacious, organised, confident, self-reliant and has an interest in websites and digital marketing. Ideally you'll be confident uncovering insight from data and have your own thoughts about what makes a great website.
As a conversion consultant, you'll be involved with a wide variety of tasks, including giving advice about improvements to landing pages and assisting with in-depth reviews of entire websites. You'll work with the whole of the Conversion & Analytics Team to help deliver projects, as well as the wider agency so you can identify opportunities for conversion projects.
Once you've got to grips with the role, you'll be speaking to clients, and their web development teams, to help explain our recommendations. Additionally, a part of this role will be to manage all projects within the team, ensuring priorities are established and deadlines are hit. In return, we'll provide you with the support and training to become a trusted conversion consultant.
Your immediate priority will be to manage a handful of existing client relationships, conducting ongoing analysis/reviews of their websites, providing regular feedback to improve performance. You'll be given individual revenue targets, but the goal will be to support the team achieve overall revenue growth.
Beyond this you will seek other areas in the business where you can add value, help other team members and improve results for clients.
- Experience of reviewing/analysing websites

- Experience of producing wireframes

- Experience of optimisation tools (e.g. HotJar, GetSiteControl, Formissimo etc).
