Objectives

Seth Lovis & Co Solicitors wanted to increase their number of leads across Google and Bing, whilst lowering the cost per lead. Our primary goal was to generate higher numbers of leads that had a higher case value. If this goal could be met, it would allow the firm to reduce reliance on other external, more expensive, lead sources.

Results

In order to achieve goals, we ran a campaign that utilised demographics for search. This allowed granular segmentation of traffic so that we could target different audiences depending on the area of law. Across all of the campaigns, this meant driving more relevant traffic to the different departments which in turn increased conversion rate by 8% and drove down cost per lead by 31% YoY.

As a result, Seth Lovis & Co Solicitors increased spend by 3000% and SearchStar continued to deliver an increasing return on investment.
