Workshop specification

Verhoef Training got in touch with a last minute request for a Google Analytics trainer after their existing partner let them down two days before the workshop. The training was for a large financial services organisation, and following on from the initial workshop, SearchStar carried out further training for the same organisation later in the year.

The long term project goals were to relieve the pressure on the company call centre by making the customer portal as user friendly as possible, and creating a seamless process for logging into the portal and setting up a direct debit. The overall aim of the workshop was to upskill the technical and service teams with the expertise needed to benchmark data, set KPIs and then develop digital insight that they could use to optimise the site.


The workshop was designed to be very specific to the client’s needs, so core members of the project team were invited to provide strategic input throughout the day. The number of attendees on the workshop was small, so there was always the opportunity to ask questions and study real life examples of the delegates’ data.
